※ when installing switches, double check that both pins are not bent. if any pins are bent, you can carefully straighten them with tweezers.

switch orders are made to order unless otherwise stated. generally, i ship orders in 5-7 business days.
shipping could take 2-6 days depending on where you are located. i primarily use usps and i'm located in central illinois.

almost all funds received is used to purchase the items you request. because of this, i am unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations with the exception of the situations listed below.
if you somehow place an order by mistake or change your mind about what you ordered, please message me asap. i will cancel orders up to 24hours after purchase, and there will be a 3% fee for card processing fees.
if your item arrives damaged, please contact me about the issue within 72 hours of the time of delivery. after this time window, i will no longer accept returns/exchanges.
