Refund policy
refunds/exchanges
almost all funds received are used to purchase the items you request. because of this, i am unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations with the exception of the situations listed below.
cancellations
if you somehow place an order by mistake or change your mind about what you ordered, please contact me as soon as possible. i will only cancel orders up to 24 hours from the time of purchase, and there will be a 3% fee for non-refundable card processing fees.
shipping damage/other issues
please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. if your keyboard arrives damaged (either physically or internally), if your order has missing or incorrect items, please contact me about the issue within 72 hours from the time of delivery. after this time window, returns and exchanges will no longer be accepted.
if the issue is reported within the set time frame, replacement parts will be given if possible. if the issue requires more attention, a return will be necessary so that i may provide repairs or replace the item ordered. in cases where repairs or parts are not able to be provided, a full or partial refund may be granted on a case-by-case basis depending on the severity of the defect. this is at the discretion of myself or manufacturer guidelines.
return shipping
in the event of a necessary return, customers will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping. customers will be provided with a return shipping label for either usps or ups. this label will need to be printed and attached to the package before being dropped off at the corresponding shipping service. for convenience, usps also offers free front door package pick-up which can be scheduled online.
adequate packaging is required for acceptance. adequate packaging includes utilizing a padded envelope or box, whichever method is required to ensure the package is not lost or damaged during shipment. poor packaging resulting in a lost/damaged package will result in refusal of the return.
refund process
once the return is complete, a refund will be issued back to the original payment method. pomupop is not responsible for refunds to a prepaid card or a cancelled credit card in the event the cardholder no longer has possession of it.
