Shipping policy

processing time / made to order
custom keyboards are made to order unless stated otherwise. orders are estimated to ship within 14 days of order placement. in stock keyboards will be shipped within 1-3 days.

lubed switches are estimated to ship within 10 days of order placement.

deskmats are print on demand currently and will be shipped from a separate third party, printful. deskmats are estimated to be delivered within 7-10 business days.

shipping times
estimated delivery times for usps ground advantage:
midwest: 1-2 days
east coast: 2-4 days
mountain states: 3-4 days
west coast: 5-6 days

estimated fulfillment/delivery time is an estimate and may be shortened or lengthen due to unforeseen circumstances. shipping upgrades can be purchased but have no effect on processing times.

tracking information will be emailed once it is available. please allow up to 48 hours for it to update with an estimated delivery date. all transit times are estimated.

orders ship on monday-friday, sometimes on saturday. orders will not be fulfilled on sunday or u.s. federal holidays.

domestic shipping: united states, puerto rico, guam, etc.
international shipping: canada

international orders
all duties, taxes, vat, and any shipping service related fees are not covered unless stated and customers are responsible for these payments. for any reasons that the package incurred any additional shipping costs, such as rejected by customs, wrong address delivery, or returned back to the sender, the customer will be responsible for the additional costs. shipping charges are non-refundable and pomupop is not responsible for any conversion fees associated with international orders.

international shipping delivery time is difficult to estimate due to customs and import delays. once your order passes through customs, it will be passed off to canada post for final delivery. delays can occur due to weather and worker strikes.

delivery issues
please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing an order. pomupop is not responsible for a lost order that is sent/delivered to the wrong address due to a customer entering an incorrect address.

please make sure packages are delivered to a safe location. lost or undeliverable packages are not the responsibility of pomupop and issues arising from such packages must be resolved by the customer with usps.

please continue to monitor your order's tracking information to be aware of any problems with delivery. occasionally, the courier may be unable to complete the final delivery for one reason or another, and will require the package to be picked up from a local post office. in these cases, please pick up your order in a timely manner or contact your local post office to arrange delivery if possible. orders that are not picked up and are returned to sender, will be reshipped once the reshipment cost has been paid.

for international orders, packages that are returned to sender due to failed delivery, unpaid customs, etc. will be reshipped once the reshipment cost has been paid.

made to order items may be combined with in stock items and will be shipped together when the your made to order items are finished.
