Keyboards are made to order unless otherwise stated. Generally, I ship orders in 8-14 business days. The keyboards I build are made to order and require time to acquire parts/build the keyboard.
Shipping could take 2-6 days depending on where you are located. I primarily use USPS and I'm located in central IL.

Almost all funds received is used to purchase the items you request. Because of this, I am unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations with the exception of the situations listed below.
If you somehow place an order by mistake or change your mind about what you ordered, please message me asap. I will cancel orders up to 24hours after purchase, and there will be a 3% fee for card processing fees.
If your keyboard arrives damaged either physically or internally, please contact me about the issue within 72 hours of the time of delivery. After this time window, I will no longer accept returns/exchanges.
