designs may appear differently on different sizes.

the sublimination process requires high heat and can cause the deskmat to smell smokey. if this bothers you, try leaving the deskmat out to air before use.

if you need to clean your deskmat, use dish soup and water in a sink or bathtub. you can also use a washing machine on delicate with detergent, but this can cause wear over time. always hang to dry.

orders are made on demand and ship directly from printful.

almost all funds received is used to purchase the items you request. because of this, i am unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations with the exception of the situations listed below.

if you somehow place an order by mistake or change your mind about what you ordered, please message me asap. if it's within a few hours of placing your order, i may be able to cancel it. 

if there is any damage to your desk mat, please contact me about the issue within 72 hours of the time of delivery. after this time window, i will no longer accept returns/exchanges.
